Grant Sadler graduated from Hargrave in 1989. He received his B.A. in English from Flagler College in 1992, an M.A in Organizational Communication studying Kaizen at the Center for Technology Transfer at the University of Colorado in 2006, and an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University Silberman College of Business in 2009. He received additional post-graduate training from Stanford in Advanced Project Management. He currently works as the Sr. Director of Ultrasound Marketing at Bracco Diagnostics Inc.
Grant has worked intensively in all areas of marketing from upstream product development to downstream brand development using digital marketing and community building, He has experience in business development including acquiring and divesting of public and private companies as well as selling off late-stage life cycle products. He has experience conducting large scale strategic projects including mergers and reorganizations, establishing distributor markets as well as building direct markets in domestic and foreign countries. He’s well-versed in software systems required for marketing automation and sales force enablement platforms. His experience collaborating with R&D centers to leverage strategic assets for continued growth includes bringing products from ideation to creation as well as rebranding and relaunching products to fit specific market interests. Grant has extensive experience in portfolio and business management owning the P&L for commercial sales & marketing efforts. Most notably, he spent 2004 to 2018 launching products and managing brands in the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific and South America for Cordis, formerly a Johnson & Johnson Company, and the Getinge Group.
Rising to the occasion, he’s been in a supportive role for his parents who were long time residence of Sanibel Island devastated by Hurricane Ian. While blessed with precocious boys, he plays an active role contributing any spare time to raising a severely autistic child with his better half, Heather Fields PharmD. Grant resides in the Princeton, New Jersey area raising two teenage sons, Oliver and Finn Sadler.
