Cadet Bennett Soles knew that God had called him to deliver a message of encouragement to his peers. After working with the Chaplain, he was given the ability to do just that. During the evening chapel service on Sunday, September 15th, Soles presented an inspiring message to his fellow cadets. He emboldened the Corps of Cadets to work hard and to embrace the available opportunities presented by their attendance at Hargrave: “Without Hargrave, I would never understand God, the world, the importance of life and service, and most importantly, myself. God’s plan always works; maybe not immediately, but it will always be for good to those who love Him,” he said. The Corps appreciated the chance to hear from a fellow cadet.
