Ms. Bailey Gray

In 2020, Ms. Bailey Gray graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology and currently working towards a Masters of Arts in Teaching Middle Grades and Secondary Education at the University of North Carolina – Charlotte. Before Hargrave, Ms. Gray previously worked three years at Bartlett Yancey High School as Science Teacher. While there, Ms. Gray received the 2020-2021 Caswell County Schools Teacher of the Year.

My personal favorite thing about Hargrave is the small class sizes. This is exciting for me as a teacher and for the cadets because we have the opportunity to do many more hands-on activities, solidifying the concepts we are learning in class. I also have the opportunity to form a bond with each of my cadets and make their experience at Hargrave memorable! Though, I love everything about Hargrave and what it has to offer.
