Holt Hooper earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with Highest Distinction. She currently serves as a Field Reimbursement Manager at CSL, where she brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, and project management.
Throughout her tenure at CSL, Holt has played a key role in shaping organizational culture and strategy, serving on several Advisory Boards—including the Culture Advisory Board and the Marketing Advisory Board. She also contributed to talent development as a Field Sales Trainer and represents CSL as a corporate member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
A dedicated community and school leader, Holt served as President of the Hargrave Parent Association for the classes of 2025 and 2023, and as Vice President for the class of 2024. In addition, she supported prospective families as a Parent Ambassador with Hargrave’s Admissions team, offering one-on-one guidance and insight. Holt and her husband, Billy, are proud supporters of Hargrave Military Academy and its mission. They are dedicated members of the Order of the Sabre. Both of their sons graduated with Advanced Diplomas from Hargrave. The Hooper family resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
