The MAN UP Challenge is all about tapping into the competitive spirit of Hargrave’s alumni classes to drive engagement, participation, and impact. This challenge creates a dynamic rivalry among classes, motivating alumni to step up, outdo one another, and claim bragging rights—all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of current and future cadets.
Every donation counts toward class standings, fueling a race to see which class can rally the most support. Whether it’s through the largest total contributions, the highest participation rate, or creative ways of encouraging peers to give, alumni are encouraged to go above and beyond for their class’s honor. The competition doesn’t just spark excitement—it fosters camaraderie and unity, as alumni reconnect with classmates and work together toward a shared goal.
At its core, the MAN UP Challenge uses the spirit of competition to benefit something bigger than winning alone. Contributions directly support scholarships, helping Hargrave attract elite cadets and provide them with opportunities to achieve their goals.
