What Is the Sabre Club?
In 1988, Hargrave’s Board of Trustees established the Order of the Sabre to specially honor those whose annual gifts have surpassed $1,000 each fiscal year. The Order of the Sabre (Sabre Club) has become a close family of loyal supporters who make a significant impact on the Corps of Cadets with their annual gifts. The Order of the Sabre is comprised of alumni, parents, grandparents, staff, faculty, and friends. Each year, Sabre Club donors are recognized at the Sabre Banquet, where they hear firsthand from staff and faculty, and most importantly, from cadets whose lives have been impacted by their generosity.
