Jessica Sink Dalton is a 2002 graduate of Hargrave and the first female graduate appointed to its Board of Trustees. Jessica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Virginia Tech and holds a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Lynchburg. She began her career in education as a teacher at Dan River High School in the Science Department, where she taught Biology, Environmental Science, and Anatomy. In 2008, Jessica joined the administrative team at Chatham High School as an Assistant Principal and Athletic Director. Since 2018, in her role as Principal of the Pittsylvania Career and Technical Center, Jessica has dedicated herself to providing students with the opportunity to explore career pathways while being trained on state-of-the-art equipment. This work supports regional initiatives in workforce development.
