Kevan, a seasoned construction executive, has dedicated his career to the construction and real estate industry. Beginning in the family homebuilding business, he advanced as a residential developer and commercial real estate executive. In 2011, he acquired Mann Builders, which he and his partner expanded into SEC General Contractors until its acquisition by JenCon Builders in 2022. Kevan’s extensive experience encompasses both managing construction projects and aligning designs and schedules with client requirements.
Kevan is a proud 1977 graduate of Hargrave Military Academy and holds a BS degree in Business and Marketing from Winthrop University. Kevan lives in Charlotte, NC. He and his wife, Lisa, have 2 grown daughters and 2 granddaughters. An active member of Myers Park United Methodist Church. He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors and NC CCIM Institute. Currently, he serves as President of the Alumni Board of Hargrave Military Academy and is on the NC CCIM Institute Board of Directors.
