Ms. Bailey Gray graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology in 2020 and completed her Master of Arts in Teaching Middle Grades and Secondary Education at University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2024. She previously served at Hargrave Military Academy as both an admissions counselor and science teacher before gaining additional experience in curriculum writing, education, and public safety. Her background in both the classroom and admissions gives her a unique perspective on helping students succeed academically, personally, and athletically. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and relaxing with her dog, Bella.
