Robbie Bailey brings 14 years of collegiate coaching experience, including 12 years at Hampden–Sydney College, where he served as Recruiting Coordinator and Pitching Coach.
Over the course of his career, he has built a strong foundation in recruiting, player development, and academic mentorship, while fostering meaningful relationships with student-athletes and their families.
With extensive experience in summer programs and a broad network of collegiate connections, Coach Bailey is committed to developing a competitive baseball program and supporting student-athletes both on and off the field.
