Ron holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Church Ministries with an emphasis in Youth Ministry from Liberty University. His ministry journey began during his years at Liberty University, where he served in residential life leadership roles and developed a heart for guiding and discipling young people.
Over the years, Ron has remained deeply involved in church and community ministry, serving in youth ministry, men’s ministry, discipleship groups, and mentorship programs. He has worked closely with students, families, and church communities to foster spiritual growth, encouragement, and leadership rooted in Christian values.
In addition to his ministry background, Ron brings decades of professional leadership experience as a successful business owner in the Lynchburg area. His experience in organizational leadership, team development, and relationship-building further strengthens his ability to connect with and lead within the Hargrave community.
