Coach Marchisotto brings more than three decades of coaching and leadership experience to Hargrave, having led programs at the collegiate, pre-professional, and Olympic Development levels across the country. His career spans roles at institutions including Stevens Institute of Technology, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Grand Canyon University, Bowdoin College, Dominican University of New York, Paradise Valley Community College, Suffolk County Community College, and SUNY Old Westbury, alongside professional scouting work with MLS and coaching at the USL level.
He holds the Premier Diploma from United Soccer Coaches — the organization’s highest technical certification — and a U.S. Soccer Federation “D” License, demonstrating mastery of training methodology, player development, and the tactical demands of the modern game.
