Cadets Nigel Cawthon and Marcus Chase represented Hargrave at the National Prep wrestling Tournament. Cawthon was ranked #12 in the nation prior to the tournament.
The Prep national Wrestling Tournament was held in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania at Lehigh University, February 23-15, 2012. Cawthon and Chase qualified for the tournament by placing in the Top 4 at the State Tournament. Both athletes did an outstanding job this weekend and throughout the year.
Marcus was 1-1 this weekend and Nigel was 3-2. Nigel was only one win short of becoming a High School All-American. If you see these young men around campus, be sure to congratulate them on their great season.
