The Tigers finish their second game back-to-back strong beating Covenant 61-48.
In a game which remained close until the final seconds, Hargrave relied on their defensive focus and unselfish play to pull away at the end.
Leading the way for the Tigers was Caleb Gibbons (16 points), Nathan Kania (11 points), Luis Rodriguez (8 points), and Thomas Drakeford (6 points). The unsung hero of the night was Chibuike Ezuma, his rebounding and defensive focus proved to be pivotal in the Tigers success tonight.
Hargrave now improves their record to 8-3 and is currently on a 4 game winning streak. The Tigers are back in action Saturday February 4th at Eastern Mennonite High School.
