Chatham High School hosted their district meet at Hargrave Wednesday. The following schools participated in the meet: Appomattox, Altavista, Chatham, Dan River, Gretna, Hargrave, and William Campbell.
Hargrave placed third overall. Tyler Morris (19:19) and John Helvey (19:20) dueled back and forth across the course for bragging rights as our number one runner. Gabe Medlin (21:22), Annad Krahisat (21:55) and Hamza Al-Tell (22:52) also placed for the Tigers.
Having the meet at Hargrave showcased our team and campus in a very positive light. We received many compliments!
