The Hargrave PG Tigers improved to 16-0 and claimed the Fork Union Invitational with a 105-87 victory over Fork Union Military Academy. The Tigers faced a tough crowd, as the always present rowdy Fork Union cadet core was in full attendance. However, the Tiger’s used its solid defense and well timed shooting to grind out the victory.
The Tigers had four players in double figures, led by Montrezl Harrell (Virginia Tech) with 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Ambrose Mosely hit a single game/season high of 7 three pointers and finished with 23 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists. Codi Miller-McIntyre (Wake Forest) finished with 14 points, 9 assists, and 4 steals. Ryan Taylor finished with 12 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists.
