The Tigers took on onference power Blue Ridge School Thursday afternoon. The Tigers gave a solid effort throughout the game, but it was not enough to outdo the speed and talent of the Barons. Despite their efforts, the Tigers were only able to find the back of the Blue Ridge goal 4 times. The Barons’ strong offensive attack found its mark for 18 goals on the day.
Despite the score, the Tigers had a strong showing by seniors Connor Rogers and Nick Duran. Goalie Jackson Reeder had several key saves in the game to keep Blue Ridge honest. Caleb Rogers, Chad Demarest, and Jake Bledsoe had respectable showings on the defensive side of the field as well.
