For their tremendous accomplishments this season, three Tigers were named to the All-Conference in the Virginia Independant Conference.
Chris Lomax earned first team recognition for a season that saw him lead the team in points per game (14.2), rebounds per game (4.7), assists per game (3.0) and steals per game (2.8). Tucker Griffin was a second team selection for a season that saw him establish himself as one of the top shooters in the region, knocking down 47% of his attempts while making 78 on the season. Matthew-Phillip Stevenson was also selected to the second team, after averaging 11.4 points per game, 3.6 rebounds per game and 2.1 steals per game, all good for second on the team.
The Tigers finished 2nd in the Virginia Independant Conference this season and earned the program’s 5th straight VISAA State Tournament berth.
