Alan Petty came to Hargrave after establishing himself as a mainstay in the local basketball community. Allan currently runs the Warriors Travel Basketball Team organization, which provides a great option for the rising basketball stars of Pittsylvania County.
Prior to taking over the Varsity Basketball Head Coach position for the Tigers, Alan was part of a staff that led Chatham High School to a strong 15-5 record in JV Basketball during the 2019-20 season, which was their first winning season in over four years.
