Alumni Weekend – APRIL 25 & 26, 2025
Each year, Hargrave Military Academy rolls out the red carpet and honors the academy’s Alumni with a Reunion Weekend. The weekend is full of events for Alumni to participate in and enjoy their time back on campus. The highlight is the Alumni Parade, where Reunion years are recognized with a pass and review.

75th – ‘50 , 70th – ‘55, 65th – ‘60, 60th – ‘65, 55th – ‘70, 50th -’75, 45th – ‘80 40th – ‘85,
35th – ‘90, 30th – ‘95, 25th – ‘00, 20th – ‘05, 15th – ‘10, 10th – ‘15, 5th – ‘20, 1st – ‘24
Schedule
Friday (April 25th)
- Pre Registration 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Main Hall
- Alumni Golf Outing – Tuscarora Country Club
- 9:00: registration Tee Time 11:00
- $90 per player includes: Golf, Lunch, and 2 beverage tickets
- 9:45 am – Player Briefing
- 10:00 am Shotgun Tee Off
- 4:00 Awards and Trophies
- 9:00: registration Tee Time 11:00
- Retreat Ceremony 6:00 pm
- Alumni Social – Hunt and Co
- 6:30 pm Social Starts
- 8:30 Social Ends
Saturday (April 26th)
- Alumni Breakfast
- 8:05 am Welcome Alumni – Frank Thomas/Eric Peterson
- 9:30 am Breakfast Ends
- Reunion class and Photos
- 9:00 – 10:15 am located on the Camden Hall Steps
- After pictures are completed, proceed to parade field
- Barracks Inspection 9:30 – 10:00
- Alumni Parade 11:00
- 11:00 a.m. on Simpson Parade Field
- Alumni awards (Outstanding Alumnus, Honorary Alumnus, and Distinguished Alumnus)
- Pass in review for all alumni (form up on the North end of bleachers, flags provided)
- Reunion Class Guidon photos immediately following the parade on the parade field.
- Lunch 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
