The Varsity Lacrosse Team would like to thank those of you who braved the chilly air to come out and support us as we open our 2016 season with a 5-2 victory over Cave Spring H.S. The boys had a great time and we learned a lot about our team, our strength and weaknesses. The Tigers had strong performances form multiple individuals all game.
Notable performances of the day were had by the defensive unit as they held Cave Spring to 0 goals for the first 40 minutes of play with a strong in goal performances Cadets Harrison Slay and Peyton Woodward both posting shutouts as they split the first 40 minutes of play between the pipes. Cadet Connor Rogers lead the tigers in thier scoring efforts with help form Cadets Luke Dewitt, Antonio Paulo-Garcia and Trey Barnes.
