The running Tigers battled strong competition (winning time 17:50) and warm temperature (88 degrees in Oct.) to place fourth at the Metro Meet hosted by Dan River High School.
Tyler Morris earned Third Team All-Metro honors with his fifteenth place finish in a field of ninety-four runners.
Other Hargrave runners to score were Sean Witmer, Trey Barnes, Quinn Griffith, and Gabriel Medlin.
