In VIC Conference action this evening, Hargrave Military Academy improved to 14-3 overall and 4-0 in conference play with a 110-44 win over Fishburne Military School.
The Tigers jumped out to a 2-0 lead on an alley-oop from Malik Morgan to DJ Myers and never looked back. Hargrave led 22-6 after the first quarter and extended that lead to 57-12 at the half.
Hargrave utilized their great defense and rebounding to push their advantage to as many as 60 points in the second half. The Tigers forced 36 turnovers, had 56 deflections, and grabbed 50 rebounds (24 offensive rebounds) to coast to a 110-44 victory.
