The Tigers battled hard through the humidity and heat this past Thursday against Blue Ridge. Though the team did not get the result they were hoping for, Freshman goalie Joey Shelton made his presence known registering double digit saves. Coach Raines Wall stated that this was Sheltons first career start at goalie and he inspired the team to compete at their best for the entire match.
The Tigers will be back in action this Tuesday against North Cross at Simpson Parade Field.
