Yesterday, the Varsity Baseball team faced off against the #7 state-ranked team, VES, for the second time this season. Fred Bossart got the start on the mound, with Luke Cusumano coming in as relief.
Isaiah Dixon started behind the plate and showed great improvement in his role as catcher. He also led the team offensively with two solid hits, continuing to grow as a key contributor.
Despite our efforts, we came up short and fell to VES, bringing our current record to 3-6.
Looking ahead, we’ll take on #6 state-ranked Covenant tomorrow for our Senior Day. Thank you for your continued support.
