The Tigers were able to buck the trend needing to fight back from allowing an early goal and controlled play from the kick-off against Lynchburg Homeschool. The Tigers came away with a decisive 6-0 victory at Simpson Parade Field.
Raines Wall and Patrick Franzoni paced a balanced offensive attack, netting two goals apiece. Chris Czarnecki found the back of the net in the game and Luke DeWitt was able to connect in the 70th minute for his first ever varsity goal.
Between the sticks, Brett Feller was fantastic. He recorded 10 saves en route to his first clean sheet of the season. The win moves Hargrave to 7-4, and matches last year’s win total.
Hargrave will look to extend their winning streak as they host New Covenant on Thursday September 24th at home. The kick-off is set for 4:30
