The Hargrave Cross Country team posted a victory over VES (24-35) in their first home meet. With two top scorers injured, the rest of the Tigers stepped it up and delivered the win. All of the Tigers posted their best early season time. The scoring was lead by Cadet Harry Crosby who missed first place overall by one second. Followed in order by Cadets Nick Paul, Robert Fishettti, Nick Yurko and Payne Nunn. Rounding out the field for Hargrave in order were Cadets Garrett Fox, Hunter Howerton, Zach Gjenasaj, Hyden Walker and Sam Urszinyi.
The coaching staff would like to thank all those who came out to support our cadets. A special shout out BG Don Broome who lead the team in a pre-race Tiger Pride cheer and CPT Aaron Book who helped score the VES vs. Chathall Hall ladies race.
