Signees include:

Justin Goode selected Rutgers University
Parents William and Michelle Goode, Jr. of Roanoke, Virginia.
“I came to Hargrave with no division one offers and today I’m signing a scholarship in the Big 10. The development I’ve gotten on the court and off is something that is priceless. I’ve been able to grow as a person and a player. I’m mentally ready for the next level and it’s because of Hargrave.”

Trey Grundy selected UNC – Wilmington
Parents Charles and Felicia Grundy, Jr. of Lexington, Kentucky
“Coming here was very hard, but I knew it’s what I needed. Not only on the basketball side, but, more importantly, to mature. Hargrave is a special place to me and I will always be grateful. I’ve been on two outstanding teams and developed lifelong friends. My coaches have changed my game and my mindset on success. I can’t wait to help get UNC-W back to the NCAA Tournament.”

Kejuan Johnson selected Rutgers University
Parent Tommy Slaughter of Decatur, Georgia
“Without Hargrave I wouldn’t be signing with Rutgers. I’ve grown so much in two months here, but I know I still have a long way to go. The support from everyone here means so much to me. Hargrave is making me a successful student and a better man.”

Danjel Purifoy selected Auburn University
Parents Dan Purifoy and Waukesha Blevins of Centreville, Alabama
“Hargrave has been great for me. I’ve learned so much from my coaches and teachers. Hargrave has helped me realize the importance of academics. Everyday I feel like I’m becoming a better student, player and person.”

Tyrone Taylor, II selected Wichita State

“Hargrave is the best decision I could have ever made coming out of high school. Coming out of high school, I wasn’t ready physically or mentally for the college game. I’m extremely thankful.”
