The Hargrave PG Tigers improved to 8-0 and captured the Louisburg Junior College championship with a 87-80 victory over Louisburg College.
The Tigers were led by Codi Miller-McIntyre (Wake Forest), who almost had a triple-double with 27 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists. Montrezl Harrell (Virginia Tech) followed with 22 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 blocks. Charles Haigler finished with 12 points and 7 rebounds and Ambrose Mosely had 10 points and 6 rebounds.
