Individual performace shines at VIC Wrestling Tournament

On Saturday, February 8, 2014, the varsity wrestling team competed in a very competitive VIC Conference Championship held in Waynesboro, Virginia. The team placed 4th out of 8th teams, and was in a fight for 3rd against Roanoke Catholic.

The following seven individuals placed top four in their weight class: Daniel Koenig at 113, 2nd; Josh Jarrell at 152, 2nd; Will Glenn at 160, 1st; Logan Mitchell at 170, 2nd; Nathan O’Dell at 182, 2nd; Will Stone at 220, 3rd; Jesse Alston at 285, 3rd.
