NASHVILLE, Tenn. – More accolades for Belmont senior J.J. Mann after his performance in the men’s basketball team’s victory at No. 12 North Carolina on Sunday afternoon.
On Monday, Mann was named National Player of the Week by both CBSSports.com and NBCSports.com. Mann earned these honors as he scored 28 points and hit the game-winning three-pointer in BU’s first win over a ranked opponent since 2003. Earlier Monday, he was named OVC Player of the Week.
