Johnson Shines in Cross Country Victory!

On Friday afternoon, the Tigers hosted Chatham High School in the Hopkins Invitational to kick off Parent’s Weekend! Hargrave ran hard and score a 25-30 victory over their Pittsylvania County foes.

Phoenix Johnson placed first overall (21:07), followed by Andrew Francis (23:47) fourth place, Tahir Thomas (24:14) fifth place, Owen Jones (25:55) seventh place and Elijah Willette ( 27:01) eighth place.

All of our runners showed improvement, posting their best time on our challenging course.

The Tigers will run this weekend at the Grace Christian School Invitational in Waynesboro Va.
