Hargrave 0 – Fork Union 26
The defense played well, but could not overcome the size and strength of a much bigger Fork Union team. Fork Union jumped out to a 20-0 lead at halftime, but the Tiger defense held them to just 6 points in the second half.
Once again our defense played very well, and the offense made great strides going into the next game. Much improvement from last yr with the first two games played this year we have only given up 32 points. Last yr between the same two opponents, 107 points were given up. The JV team will travel to Raleigh this Thurs. to take on Ravenscroft.
