The Tigers lost 0-30 to VES.
Playing in the first game of the year the Tigers fell behind quick but played hard the whole game. At the end of the first half the score was 0-22.
The defense played extremely well in the second half. The offense moved the ball down the field for the last series of the game, but ran out of time.
William Holton, Sean Mack, Kieland Harris, Matt Morris all played well on defense. Brian Freeman, Robert Dye, Jarrod Atkinson, and Devon Griffiths played well on offense. The Tigers will take on Fork Union next Thursday, Sept 16 at 4:00 PM.
