Hargrave 2 – Liberty 3
The JV Soccer team lost a close game yesterday to LCA – 3-2…They faught hard and were ahead well into the second half. However, coming off an Open Weekend left them tired and they let their guard down enabling LCA to score the additional 2 goals necessary for the win. LCA had 25 shots on goal, and Goalie, Brendan McCabe, saved all but three. Offensively, Spencer King, playing Right Wing scored our first goal with a loft kick over the goalie’s head. The weather was beautiful and we were glad to have our fan base there in Lynchburg. Thank you to all our parents!
