Will Harris provided the lone point in our season opener against VES.
Despite the lopsided team score, the individual matches were quite even. Justin Jay, Ben Mills, the doubles team of Andrew Urschel and Richard Newbold should be particularly commended for their perseverance. Despite falling behind early in their matches, they fought back to even the match score before finally succumbing.
The JV Tennis Tigers are 0-1 (0-1 VIC) for the season. The next match is at Oak Ridge Military Academy (ORMA) in Greensboro on Tuesday, April 17 at 4 pm.
