It was another great day for baseball as the Hargrave JV Baseball traveled to Halifax County to take on the Lions of Halifax Middle School. The contest started out as a barn burner both teams locked in and started battling. The first and second inning ended in a tie 1-1. As the game moved into the third inning the young Tigers began to struggle, but continued to work hard. The Tigers made a vast improvement on offensive and defensive during the game. The contest ended with a lost for the Tigers. The final score was 13-1. Cadet Nick Paul had a great offensive performance going 2-2 with a RBI.
