Hargrave 28 – Holy Cross 31
On January 31st, 2006, the Tigers lost a heart breaker to Holy Cross by the score of 31 to 28. The Tigers led at the half, but Holy Cross managed to come back and force the game into overtime. In overtime, Holy Cross came out strong and the Tigers never regained the lead. Although the Tigers lost, they played an excellent game overall. Nick Meyer led the team with 10 points, followed by Mark Barber with five. Travis Shelton and Joe Davis each scored four points, while Reeves Hollar picked up three. Grant Showder rounded out the scoring with two points. Next up, the Tigers play Timberlake Christian at 4pm on February 2nd.
