Senior Raines Wall of Chatham, VA, earned the Senior Excellence Award presented by the NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America). The NSCAA is the world’s largest soccer coaches’ organization that serves members at every level of the game.
This award is earned through the following criteria: contributions made to the program, community and school, represents the finest attributes of a team player, and exemplifies the standards set forth in the NSCAA Player Code of Conduct and Ethics.
“In four years of representing the school and the soccer program, I cannot think of a better recipient of this award,” stated head coach Jeremy Eubank. “I could not be happier for Raines to earn this award as this is a national award and once again shows we are doing the right things at Hargrave.”
On the season, Wall has scored 13 goals (4th in conference) and 8 assists (6th in conference) for a total of 34 points on the season (4th in the conference). The Tigers will return to action on Tuesday at home against North Cross at 4:30.
