The Hargrave Tigers continued their offensive outburst on their opening weekend, accumulating 141 points as they moved their record to 2-0 on the young season.
Hargrave had a bevy of big performances on the evening, perhaps none bigger than the near-triple double from ’22 Keon Thompson. Thompson scored 27 points to go along with 11 rebounds and 8 assists as he controlled the game from start to finish. ’22 Elijah Hulsewe also had a big performance, scoring 17 points and hauling in 14 rebounds of his own to lead the Tigers. ’22 Christian Moore led the offensive onslaught with 29 points, including 7 made three-pointers. Moore also led the Tigers with 5 steals on the afternoon. Other notable statistical performances came from Madison Durr (team-high 10 assists), Justin Taylor (17 points, 7 rebounds), and Kaylan Makan (12 points, 4 3ptm).
