The Cross Country Team got off to a great start this season blanking Carlisle as the first five Hargrave runners scored before the first Carlisle runner crossed the finish line. Russell Davis led the scoring followed by Garret Peterson, Daniel Koenig, Zach Bunner, and Harry Cosby. Nick Paul and Ruizhe Liu rounded out the Hargrave seven. Other Hargrave runners in order of their finish were; Kyle McFarland, Virgil Liedy, Garret Fox, Brandon Hoffman, Corey Beck, Tanner Rose, Haden Walker, Daniel Su, David Price, and Sixing Jiao. The final score on the day was Hargrave 15 to Carlisle’s 52(Low score wins).
The Tigers next meet is at Cave Springs on September 14th at 8:30.
