The inspired Tiger’s JV soccer team came out strong and determined against Miller to earn a 5 to 1 victory. They played on October 9, 2012.
The Tigers took a lead early in the match with a goal from Cadets David Denis assisted by Austin Kaizer. Denis, who seemed unstoppable against Miller, scored a second goal with the assist of Cadet Jackson Miller. Denis and Miller would both scored again in the first half to give the Tigers a 4 to 0 lead going in to halftime.
During the second half, Miller added their lone goal of the day from a penalty kick, but the Tigers responded again and added the last goal scored on the day by Cadet Tian Liu. Cadet Creed Hall, the Tigers’ keeper, had six saves during the match.
