The Tigers defeated Rise Academy 88-76 on Day 2 of the Best Western Shootout. The Tigers didn’t let the effects of a triple-overtime game from the night before hold them back. The Tigers came out with a lot of energy and effort and forced 20 turnovers to lead the way past Rise.
The Tigers were led by Terry Rozier ( Louisville), who recorded another triple-double, with 21 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, and 3 steals. Anton Gill (Louisville) finished with 20 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals, and a block. Greg McClinton (Wake Forest) finished with his 8th consecutive double-double. McClinton finished with 17 points and 14 rebounds.
