The Hargrave PG Basketball team fell to 7-1 with a 109-97 loss to Spartanburg Methodist CC. Spartanburg Methodist, which is ranked #16th nationally in the lasted JUCO rankings, shot the ball well the entire night and in the end thwarted a late Hargrave rally.
The Tigers were led by Anton Gill (Louisville), who finished with 30 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Terry Rozier (Louisville) finished with 29 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, and 4 steals. Cody Russell finished with 15 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals, and and 2 assists. Greg McClinton (Wake Forest) finished with a double-double of 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 blocks.
