Hargrave was unable to overcome a very tough squad in Eastern Mennonite on Saturday afternoon, falling 4-0 at Simpson Parade Field.,
The Tigers were competitive throughout the game, hitting the woodwork on multiple occasions but were unable to find the back of the net. The offense was led by Chris Czarnecki and Tamino Brown, who each had a handful of shots on goal.
Hargrave trailed 3-0 at the half, but the second half was much stronger defensively as the back line stepped up in a big way.
Hargrave moves to 6-4 on the season, and will look to get back to their winning ways with a huge game against the top ranked team in the state, The North Cross School, on Tuesday. Kick-off is scheduled for 4:30 at Simpson Parade Field.
