Tigers Fall to George Washington High School

April 10, 2013

On Friday, Hargrave lost a non-conference contest to the Eagles of George Washington High School by a score of 12-2. Fielding miscues and poor hitting were a problem for the Tigers.

At the plate the Tigers were led by Shane Bousman (1 for 2) and Nick Houck (1 for 2) On the mound Spence Walker had a solid night in relief.

With the loss Hargrave falls to 2-3 on the season. Hargrave hopes to bounce back on Thursday, April 11th, when the Tigers travel to Charlottesville, Virginia to take on the Mavericks of Miller School. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 PM.
