On Friday, Hargrave lost a conference contest to the Bulldogs of Liberty Christian Academy by a score of 13-1. Several fielding miscues and poor hitting were a problem for the Tigers throughout the game.
At the plate the Tigers were led by Spence Walker (1 for 2) and Ryne Sigmon (1 for 2). Nick Houck to the loss on the mound.
With the loss Hargrave falls to 8-4 Overall and 6-1 in the VIC. Hargrave hopes to bounce back on Monday, April 30th, when the Tigers travel to Gretna, Virginia to take on the Hawks of Gretna High School. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 PM.
