In the VISSA DII quarterfinal game, we came up a little short by a score of 9-6. After getting down 8-1 the boys fought back and cut the score to 8-6. In the sixth inning we had several opportunities to tie it, but just couldn’t get the timely hitting. I am extremely proud of the way they played. These young men played with a lot of heart and never gave up. They represented Hargrave well yesterday.
I would also like to thank President Broome, Dean Sullivan, Frank Martin, Tim Oditt and all of the faculty and staff for their support during this run. Without your support and efforts none of this would have been possible.
