Tigers place 2nd in Westover Christian Cross Country Meet

September 26, 2013

The Cross Country Team placed second out of seven teams at the Westover Christian Academy meet. The sound second place finish was led by the scoring of Garret Peterson, Russell Davis, Daniel Koenig, and Zach Bunner. All four runners came across the line before the third place team’s top runner. Nick Paul sealed the convincing second place finish with a furious ending dash to beat the third place team’s second and third runner to the finish line. Samuel Knozi and Saul Snell rounded out the HMA top seven. Harry Crosby, Virgil Liedy, Weian Chen, Kyle McFarland, Brandon Hoffman, Corey Beck, Daniel Su, Haden Walker, David Price, and Sixing Jiao all finished the hilly course for Hargrave.
