Hargrave traveled to Eastern Mennonite High School for its final conference game of the regular season. The Tigers dominated the first quarter, racing to a 25-14 lead and never looked back. Controlling the tempo in the second quarter and playing stifling defense led to a 46-23 halftime lead. The third quarter was much of the same as Hargrave pushed the lead to 30 by the end of the period. In a sloppy 4th quarter, the Tigers saw the lead dwindle, before the final buzzer secured a 74-62 victory. This win sealed the #2 seed in the Virginia Independent Conference tournament for the Tigers.
Hargrave was led by Jordan Gee with 23 points and 11 rebounds. J.D. Misenheimer added 18 points and 6 assists. Avery Johnson scored 17 with 12 rebounds and Javonte Rankin had 10 points and 11 assists.
